Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges for products under the following conditions:

- Unopened & Unused Products: You can return any unopened and unused items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original, sealed packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Perishable products
- Specially customized items
- Products purchased as part of a sale or promotion (unless defective)
