Gasooza syrup is made of very beneficial ingredients that are useful in acidity digestion and gas formation. It helps in the digestion of starch, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. It is used as a digestive aid in case of loss of appetite due to chronic illness, stomach, fullness, and indigestion. It is very beneficial in abdominal pain, upset stomach, increase in flatulence, etc.
Dosage:-
5-10 ml 2 times a day preferably after meal with hot water or as directed by your health dietitian.
Diet:-
Eating raw, low-sugar fruits such as apricots, blackberries, blueberries, Caran berries, grapefruits peaches, strawberries, and watermelon.
Choosing low carbohydrate vegetables, such as green beans, carrots, okra, and tomatoes.
Eating rice instead of wheat or potatoes as rice produces less gas.
